The best feature of this manual is a reason not to limit Ogre’s paint color to RAF ( Royal Aircraft Factory) green!! |

Nothing much going on here today, winter and its wind returned, I had my ears lowered by Angelo, and the Gumster trued and balanced Ogre’s wheels! |

Chelyabinsk is an hour away from Magnitogorsk also home to a secret nuclear weapons plant. I have been there also. |

it might be an is-2 used at the end or after the war. the pamphlet with the tank model says they build them at the Chelyabinsk tractor works known as tankograd. my cousins husband is from vladimer (I think?) near Moscow. |

Brian, This photo was taken in Magnitogorsk Russia 25 years ago. Magnitogorsk is located on the Ural River. This river is the start of siberia and marks the boundry between Euope and Asia. Magnitogorsk and its 22 square mile steel plant was too far into Russia for the German bombers during WW2. Many T-34 tanks were fabricated there. The Russians a big on monuments, especially tanks. I do not believe that this is a T-34. As I have previously stated, I have been in and around a T-34. I just have to located those photos |

Sorry to disagree, but a light touch with finesse, had nothing to do with it , but Gandpa’s vise has jaws that have never seen a dentist. |

With a final tug upon the surgical silk thread, spoke wheel #2 is completed! |

Thank you my “little friend” without your expertise and dexterity, Ogre would have ordinary wheels!!! |

Hmmmm...takes a light delicate touch to prevent from going completely through the thickness. |

JG...I posted this for you yesterday. Guess you missed it. Just finished the second wheel. Only 1.5 hours today. The pattern required is readily apparent as is the repetitive procedure. |
