I did not have to fabricate the jig as it was scrap from my last set of AerdromeRC wheels. Because they are no longer in business, I am patching together a bit of this and a tad of that to be able to make spoke wheels on demand. Fortunately I did not discard this jig, and it accommodates the diameter that Ogre requires. There are a number of ways to fabricate wheels. I used one method years back to make spoke wheels on a Camel. They had wire spokes with plastic pipe rims. My wheels since have had wooden laminate rims. Ogre's wheels will be somewhat of a hybrid incorporating a few ideas into one

I wish I did. The only shop class I ever had was 6 th grade wood shop and I still have the cutting board to prove it😃 BTW the battery screwdriver is one of my most versatile and useful tools. Works slowly, safely. Used almost always as a modeling drill😄

The rim alone, 5.5 cm, completed wheel with tire, 6.5 cm😄

When making parts from scratch I always make more than I require as I know that in the fabrication process there are always my "screw ups!"
