I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

LOL! Thanks Don! I'm thinking I need to build a kit, or something a lot less involved! This has been an epic build for sure!

Your next project needs to be a glass case for this. Extraordinary!

Dry fitting the upper wing. Outside struts are 1/16" bamboo skewers with balsa trailing edges, sanded to shape, filled and doped. Painted to match lozenge pattern on fuse.

Tail feathers installed. The CII used struts between the upper and lower horz stabs, but they were not used on the CIII.

Getting down to the end on the Hannover. Engine, fixed cowling and Spandau installed and firewall detail completed.

Yes it does.

Looks great!

Yah, not a common subject for WWI aircraft. Seems like it has a pretty good operational history, but was overshadowed by the Rumpler, Roland and Halberstadt observation aircraft. And everyone loves the fighters, not the two seaters!

...thank you. That's a new aircraft for me, nice to learn about that.

The Hannover had an unusual biplane horizontal stabilizer. There is another stabilizer and elevator mounted on top of the fin. The made a smaller tail surface for the rear gunner to shoot around. I don't have it installed yet, so it doesn't appear in these pictures.

I love your work here and the high detailing too, sorry to admit that I'm puzzled by the "Apparently" broken-off fin? I have reviewed the whole set of pics to try to answer this for me but to no avail!

Port side front view. The vented hatch (there are two more on the bottom) was 3D printed. The smaller round hatches are .010 styrene cut to shape with 22 gauge wire used as the hinge. All decals, including the data plate in front of landing gear leg, and the weights and measures were created in Photoshop from pictures I found on the internet. Printed to waterslide decal inkjet paper.

Beautiful. You better put this one in a glass case.

Starboard view at the tail. I like the way the fade from camo to the dark blue worked out!
