Next, I added the spar cartridge box onto the floor. to further hide the lower keel. |

I first added the faux rear lower wing spar from plastic tubing cut to length |

Cutting in half right down the middle of the cut out to ensure perfect symmetry of the box |

Making an extra cartridge box for the cockpit floor area. I first cut up a plastic strip approx. the length of the box |

Trying to hide the lower keel of the fuselage, when viewed from looking into the cockpit This way, structural integrity isn't compromised. |

Snowed here in Reno, Nevada. My birthday is today (First month of the year, but the last day of the month). Celebrating my 38th anniversary of my 29th birthday. Refuse to grow up. |

My Boston Terrier devoured the rudder from a Comet Hellcat, just damp tissue left. |

Very astute observation Mr. Creo. Any cat worth its salt could (and would) easily find a place from which he could use as a launching pad and bound up to the next level, and thereby shortening the lifespan of the existing model. Given the small one-room place (with the possible exception of the bathroom), its a bit difficult to isolate the feline from showing off its latest gymnastic tricks. I've seen photos of our fellow VA member's cats seemingly lounging around the models without a care in the world. Don't know how they do it. Gotta be soft music or smell of glue..... |

Thank you guys. At least I've got your attention. That tiny door would have to go through the lower wing. Might be a bit of a challenge, eh? |

I don't either, but I did, I would have blamed it for breaking the ribs in my wings. |
