This build is dedicated to the memory of Jerry Campbell who thought the FW 190 was the prettiest airplane ever. He built this version once before and wanted to build it as a D-9 but had to abandon it. His plastic model of a D-9 was his final build on VA. |

Landing gear is wire and styrene. The main wheels are from a 1/48 plastic B-29 so are a bit fat but are the correct size, as is the tailwheel. |
